Woman’s Suffrage: Unbelievable State of Missouri Ballot Measure Badge. Truly wonderful 1.25″ button picturing a “Votes For Women” flag with ten stars, inscribed “Missouri Next Amendment No. 13”. It hangs from a black on yellow silk ribbon with image of a suffragette blowing a trumpet while holding a flag with eleven stars (ten stars bunched together, representing the states which allowed women to vote, and a larger star, representing Missouri, waiting “on deck” to join their ranks). Brass hanger at top with safety pin attachment. Acme Advertising Novelty Company of Kansas City back paper. Some very minor stains at the extreme edges. We have never seen an example for sale and know of only one other specimen, permanently housed in a Kansas City educational institution (lacking the ribbon).
